Yatırım Gayrimenkul Değerleme A.Ş. was established on February 2nd, 2005 by six partners experienced in their fields, with the aim of providing appraisal and consultancy services to Banks, Finance Institutions and to other institutions and organizations and for developing real estate projects.

Centered in Ankara, our company provides services all around Turkey with its experts in İstanbul, İzmir, Adana, Antalya, Çorum, Eskişehir, Elazığ, Gaziantep, Malatya, Sivas and Trabzon.

Partners of the company worked with different missions in Banking sector and public and private institutions in the fields of real estate appraisal and finance. Since its establishment, our company provided appraisal services to mainly the Savings Deposit Insurance Fund and several banks and finance institutions and has drawn-up more than 10.000 appraisal reports.

2- Lawyers having knowledge on the legal issues related to real estate,

3- Expert personnel who worked as managers in Land Registry and Cadastral, master in regulation pertaining real estate,

4- Architects, Civil Engineers, Geodesy and Photogrammetry Engineers, Agriculture Engineers and Urban and Regional Planners having knowledge on real estate appraisal, who can define construction qualities.

PARTNERS:
M. Şahin AKAR: Born in 1954. Received his graduate and post graduate studies in Gazi University, Faculty of Administration. Served in Şekerbank Corporate and Commercial loans units, in different functions. He retired from Şekerbank in 2003, where he was the Vice General Manager responsible for Loans during his last six years. Again in 2003, he undertook the General Manager position in TARPAM A.Ş., which is a subsidiary of Şekerbank, Kayseri Sugar Company and Beet Cooperatives, carrying out real estate appraisal. He is the founding partner of Yatırım A.Ş. Granted with the Real Estate Appraisal Expert Certificate of the Capital Markets Board; he serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Yatırım A.Ş.

Cem GÜRPINAR: Born in 1969. Bachelor of Hacettepe University Geodesy and Photogrammetry Department and Anadolu University Faculty of Administration. From 1990 to 1994 he served as technical personnel in Land Registry and Cadastral, and from 1994 to 2003, as Real Estate Appraisal Expert in Şekerbank and Toprakbank. Then, from 2003 to 2005, he was the Real Estate Appraisal Section Manager in TARPAM A.Ş., subsidiary of Şekerbank carrying out real estate appraisal. . Granted with the Real Estate Appraisal Expert Certificate of the Capital Markets Board; he serves as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Yatırım A.Ş.

Şaban SÖZAL: 1975 yılında doğdu. Tapu Kadastro Lisesi’ ni bitirdikten sonra lisans eğitimini İstanbul Üniversitesi Hukuk Fakültesi’ nde tamamladı. SPK Gayrimenkul Değerleme Uzmanı sertifikasına da sahip olan Şaban Sözal, Kentbank, Şekerbank ve Tarpam A.Ş.’ de uzun yıllar Gayrimenkul Değerleme Uzmanlığı yaptıktan sonra, Yatırım A.Ş.’ nin kurucu ortakları arasına katılmıştır.

Satılmış YİTKİN: Born in 1954. After graduating from Land Registry and Cadastral High School, he served for the General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastral for long years in different functions related with both technical and legal areas and retired from the Office of Register of Deeds. After serving as Real Estate Expert in Toprakbank and Kentbank, he became the contracted real estate expert of the Savings Deposit Insurance Fund. Satılmış Yitkin who also served as real estate expert in TARPAM A.Ş., is the founding partner of Yatırım A.Ş.

Nihat BEZEK: Born in 1977. He was granted with a license degree from Atatürk University, Faculty of Civil Engineering. He served as Real Estate Expert in Toprakbank and TARPAM A.Ş. SPK Granted with the Real Estate Appraisal Expert Certificate of the Capital Markets Board, Nihat Bezek is the founding partner of Yatırım A.Ş.
A.Çetin AKAR: Born in 1957. . He was granted with a license degree from Gazi University, Faculty of Civil Engineering. He worked freelance on public and private construction commitments for long years. A.Çetin AKAR who worked in real estate appraisal field since 2004 joined the company as partner in 2006.
